There are several farmers markets near Destin and along 30A running throughout the week, and even if you don’t have a shopping list, they’re worth a stroll just to support the local vendors who make this community so special. Here’s a roundup of markets worth adding to your weekend plans.

Destin Commons Market

The Destin Commons Market is an outdoor market held on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month at Center Plaza, right in front of the AMC theater. Hours vary by season, so check their website before you go. You’ll find fresh produce, locally grown flowers, baked goods and vegan treats, handmade artisan products, home decor, and more. It’s a great excuse to make a full afternoon of it since you’re already at Destin Commons with all the shops and restaurants right there.

Grand Boulevard Farmers Market

The Grand Boulevard Farmers Market is tucked into Grand Park in the heart of Grand Boulevard at Sandestin. is set up on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. It runs every Saturday year-round from 9am to 1pm. Expect fresh fruits and vegetables, local seafood (the crab cakes are a regular), artisan breads, granola, organic juices, fresh flowers, and more. After you shop, it’s easy to wander over to the restaurants and boutiques right in the complex.

Seaside Farmers Market

The Seaside Farmers Market is one of 30A’s most iconic weekly traditions. Set up beneath the picturesque palms of Central Square, it runs every Saturday year-round from 9am to 1pm, with bonus Tuesday hours from 9am to 1pm throughout June and into late July. This is a producers-only market, meaning everything you find comes directly from the people who made or grew it. Think farm eggs, wildflower bouquets, artisan cheeses and breads, fresh Gulf seafood, and local honey. Airstream Row is right next door, making it easy to grab a bite and linger a little longer.

30A Farmers Market at Rosemary Beach

Located on the gorgeous greens of Barrett Square, 30A Farmers Market at Rosemary Beach its a pretty place to stroll around and check out the various vendors. It’s open every Sunday year-round from 9am to 1pm and features local small businesses with everything from micro-greens and artisan bread to ready-to-eat crab cakes and sweet treats. If you’ve never been to Rosemary Beach, this is a genuinely lovely reason to make the trip.


No matter which market you make it to, you really can’t go wrong. There’s something about spending a slow morning outside, coffee in hand, chatting with the people who actually grew your tomatoes or baked your bread, that just feels like the best version of living on the Emerald Coast.
