Doggie EGGstravaganza

Presented by Dog-Harmony, this canine egg hunt and social promises an evening of springtime fun, community connection, and plenty of sniff-worthy surprises. With a $20 pre-registration per pup (or $25 the day of the event), each dog will receive a souvenir bag to collect eggs filled with tasty dog treats. Nearly 1,000 colorful eggs will be scattered across the law, with separate hunt areas for dogs over and under 35 pounds to keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone. Guests can also enjoy festive pet photos, music, family-friendly games, and bites from local favorites like JC’s Gourmet. It’s a paws-itively adorable way to celebrate Easter in Destin!
City of Destin Annual Easter Egg Hunt

This free, family-friendly event is open to kids 12 and under, with a special egg hunting zone just for crawlers and toddlers to ensure little ones can safely join in the fun. Families can also look forward to a visit from the Easter Bunny and plenty of photo-worthy moments. It’s a fun and festive way to celebrate Easter with the local community in Destin.

Easter Service on the Beach

7:30am on the beach behind The Crab Trap
Destin United Methodist Church hosts a beach worship service every Sunday at 7:30am and Easter is no exception! Held on the beach behind The Crab Trap, this special Easter worship gathering offers a peaceful and beautiful way to begin the day with the sound of the waves as your backdrop. On-site parking is limited (and typically fills early), with overflow parking available at the Best Buy lot and shuttles starting at 6:30am. Guests are encouraged to bring a towel or blanket for seating on the sand.
There will also be a sunrise service at Henderson Beach State Park beginning at 6am.
Easter Brunch at Henderson Beach Resort

If you’re looking for a place to wear your Sunday best this Easter, Henderson Beach Resort offers one of the most elegant celebrations in Destin. Their Grand Easter Brunch pairs refined coastal luxury with festive family traditions. Enjoy a chef-driven brunch in the ballroom, Easter egg hunt on the Grand Lawn, and visits with the Easter Bunny.
The expansive spread begins with a chilled seafood display featuring poached shrimp and fresh oysters, alongside smoked salmon, bagels, and curated cheeses and charcuterie.
